DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

Our postage is calculated for mainland UK including the Scottish Highlands, the only exemptions are the Channel Islands, PO Boxes and British Forces Post Office locations.

Delivery is via an Evri courier unless the parcel destination is the Scilly Isles or the Isle of Wight, in which case we will send via Royal Mail 1st Class. 

The following postcodes carry an additional location charge of £2.65 per order:

BT-Northern Island | HS-Outer Hebrides |IM-Isle of Man | ZE-Shetlasnd Islands | IV-Inverness | KW-Kirkwall. 

Please allow up to seven working days for your order to be delivered – remote locations including the Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles may take a day or two longer. Petal Vale orders are dispatched to the UK via Evri couriers (unless the parcel destination is the Scilly Isles or The Isle of Wight as stated above). This is not a guaranteed service but orders are usually delivered within three working days following dispatch. We aim to dispatch your parcel within two working days of your order being accepted. (Please note that during busy times, – October to January – postal services can take longer to deliver goods).

The courier will make three attempts to deliver your parcel, usually on consecutive days. If you’ve missed the first attempt, they’ll leave a card to let you know of the next delivery date. You will also get notifications from Evri with regards to your parcel by email and text (please remember to include both when checking out). Your courier will also give you the option to choose a safe place to leave your parcel, for example; front porch or garage.

Deliveries take place any time between 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturdays. We’re unable to change the time they’ll attempt but they’ll always try to provide a 2 hour estimated time of arrival which is updated on the tracking.

Depending on the size or weight of an item we may occasionally use an alternative courier service.

Returns

Changing your mind

You have 28 days from receipt of your order to return your goods to us. Goods should be unused and in the original packaging. If you change your mind, please contact us at returns@petalvale.co.uk. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a free returns service at this time.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The item number for the purchase you wish to return.
  • We would be grateful if you jotted a quick note as to why you have chosen to cancel – we may use this information to improve Our Goods and Services.

On receipt of your email we will begin the returns process and advise you on how to proceed.

On receipt of your return we will issue you with a full refund (minus the return postage cost).  We will reimburse the equivalent standard delivery cost of the original postage. Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used when ordering the Goods. Please ensure you retain your proof of postage for safe keeping.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods 

If any Goods you have purchased do not comply and, for example, have faults or are damaged when you receive them, or if you receive incorrect (or incorrectly priced) Goods, please contact us at returns@petalvale.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible to inform us of the fault, damage or error, and to arrange for a refund or replacement. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The item number for the purchase you wish to return.
  • Information with regards to the fault, damage or error. You may attach photos.
